Orders placed on www.wyzecam.com are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed and are shipped via UPS MI Ground (4-7 business days) or USPS First Class (1-3 Business Days). There are no expedited shipping options available at this time.
To check your order status, use our Order Status tool and input your email address associated with the order and the order # (can be found on the order confirmation email). You can also log into your Wyze Account to check your order details.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. A UPS MI tracking number is 26 digits long and begins with "92," whereas a USPS tracking number is 22 digits long and begins with "94." You can use our Order Status tool, the UPS website, or the USPS website to track your order using the tracking number provided.
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive your package, please follow these steps:
- Check all areas where your package may have been delivered (mailbox, front door, back door, with a neighbor, etc).
- Call your local post office and provide your tracking number to see if they can locate your package.
