Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2pm Pacific Time will usually be shipped out the same day. Orders placed during the weekend or after 2pm Pacific Time Friday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class (1-3 Business Days) or UPS Mail Innovations Ground (4-7 business days). Orders weighing less than one pound ship via USPS First Class; all other orders ship via UPS MI Ground.
We do not offer different shipping options at this time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.
Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of Wyze products ordered, and your selected delivery address. Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process.
Track Your Order
To check your order status, use our Order Status tool and input your email address associated with the order and the order # (can be found on the order confirmation email). You can also log into your Wyze Account to check your order details.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. A UPS MI tracking number is 26 digits long and begins with "92," whereas a USPS tracking number is 22 digits long and begins with "94." You can use our Order Status tool, the UPS website, or the USPS website to track your order using the tracking number provided.
Shipping is only available within the United States. We are not able to ship to U.S. territories and military bases. If you are based in US territories and military bases, you can purchase Wyze products on Amazon.com and they can be shipped to you through them. We hope to expand outside the U.S. in the future, but we don’t have a timeline for when that will be available.
