Scenario: An alert schedule has been set, but Alert Videos are still being created outside of the set time.
- Enter the Live Stream for the camera in question.
- Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner and navigate to Alert Settings.
- Confirm that the 'All day' setting is toggled off .
- Check the time frame set and confirm you have the correct start and end times.
- If these settings are correct, toggle the 'All day' setting on and back off and power cycle the camera.
- Confirm that all settings are still correct.
