If you are having connectivity or setup issues that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting and you have an ASUS router, check that "Airtime Fairness" is disabled by following these steps:
1. Log into your ASUS router by typing router.asus.com into your address bar and entering your username and password. If you're not sure what this is, check your router's label or reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
2. Click on "Wireless"
3. Click on "Professional"
4. Make sure that 2.4 Ghz is selected in the "Band" drop down menu.
5. Scroll down to "Airtime Fairness" at the end of the page and select "Disable" from the drop down menu
6. Click "Apply" and then reboot your router by clicking on "Reboot" at the top of the page
