With the Wyze Bulb being as straightforward as it is, there's very little that can be done in the way of troubleshooting. In all instances of connectivity issues, where the bulb appears to have stopped responding to commands in the Wyze app or shows as offline, try turning the light switch off then back on again to restore the connection.
For removing the WiFi connection from your Wyze Bulb, or if you need to perform a full reset, this can be done with the factory reset process.
To perform a factory reset on your Wyze Bulb:
- Turn the light switch associated with the bulb on/off 3 times
- Wait for the Wyze Bulb to start pulsing slowly
- Once the bulb starts pulsing, you can either set it up again, or turn the light off to preserve the factory state.
