If a sensor is missing events, it may be due to a weak connection to the Bridge, or (for the Contact Sensor) events are happening too fast for the sensor to recognize all of them.
The first thing that you’ll want to do is check the Wyze Cam that your Bridge is paired with to make sure it’s online and working as expected. If it looks like it’s running into any trouble, you can check our Wyze Cam Connectivity Troubleshooting guide to make sure it gets back online.
If the camera is online and the Bridge is connected properly, try closing the distance between the Sensor and Bridge. This will help to ensure that distance or environmental factors aren’t causing trouble. Should this help, you can try removing obstacles between the Bridge and Sensor to see if this improves the reliability as well.
