If your Wyze Cam is blurry, grainy, or isn't showing the way you expect it to, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to see if it will fix it.
If you have a partially tinted image:
- Enter the Live Feed for the camera and allow it to completely connect.
- Cycle Night Vision through Auto, On, and Off.
- Confirm that your firmware is up-to-date by going to the Account tab and then select Firmware Upgrade. Here you will be able to see if you have the newest version. You also have the option to Upgrade All if a new firmware version is available.
For blurry images, off-color images (purple/blue/green/etc.), fully tinted images, or partially tinted images that are unaffected by the above troubleshooting steps, please provide a screenshot of the issue and start a support ticket and we will reach out to offer additional support.
