Orders placed on www.wyze.com are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed and are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, USPS, or FedEx SmartPost. All final deliveries are handled by USPS regardless of the original carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use our Order Status tool to track your order using the tracking number provided.
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive your package, please follow these steps:
- Check all areas where your package may have been delivered (mailbox, front door, back door, with a neighbor, etc).
- Call your local post office and provide your tracking number to see if they can locate your package.
If you have followed these steps and have not been able to locate your package, please contact our Support team using one of the methods on the support home page. Please confirm whether you have completed the two steps above. This helps us expedite your request and resolve your issue.
