Orders placed on www.wyze.com are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed and are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, USPS, or FedEx SmartPost. All final deliveries are handled by USPS regardless of the original carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. To check your order status, log in to your account. In My Orders select View Order of the items you would like to track. This will take you to the order details where you can now select Track your order.
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive your package, please follow these steps:
- Check all areas where your package may have been delivered (mailbox, front door, back door, with a neighbor, etc).
- Call your local post office and provide your tracking number to see if they can locate your package.
If you have followed these steps and have not been able to locate your package, please contact us and confirm whether you have completed the two steps above. This will help us expedite your request to resolve your issue.
