How do I check my order status?
Find updates on your order status from your Wyze account, or right in your email inbox!
To check your order status via email:
After submitting your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
With your tracking number, you can track your order directly with the shipping company.
To check your order status from your account:
If you already have a Wyze account, or created one while submitting your order, you can check your order status on your account.
- Sign in to Wyze.com here.
- Under My Account, click My Orders.*
- Click View Order on the item you want you track.
- On the Order Details page, click Track your order.
|Awaiting Shipment||Your order is waiting to be processed.|
|Processing||Your order is being processed.|
|Pending||Your order is pending payment.|
|Pending Payment||Your order is pending payment.|
|Payment Review||Your payment is under review.|
|Payment Declined||Your payment was declined.|
|On Hold||Your order is on hold for review.|
|Back-Ordered||Your order is currently out of stock.|
|Shipped||Your order has been shipped.|
|Delivered||Your order has been delivered.|
|Canceled||Your order has been canceled.|
|Closed||Your order has been refunded.|
*If you don't see anything under My Orders, contact Wyze Support so we can track down your order!
My order says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it.
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive your package, please follow these steps:
- Check all areas where your package may have been delivered (mailbox, front door, back door, with a neighbor, etc).
- Call your local post office and provide your tracking number to see if they can locate your package.
- If the above steps didn't help you locate your package, contact our Wizard team. Confirm that you've tried the steps above, and we'll be able to expedite the process to locate your package.
