Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2pm Pacific Time will typically be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day**. Orders placed over the weekend* will typically be processed and shipped out the following Monday.
Currently, our shipping methods are as follows:
- USPS First Class (1-3 business days)
- UPS Mail Innovations (4-7 business days)
- FedEx SmartPost (4-7 business days)
- FedEx Ground (3-5 business days)
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of Wyze products ordered, and your selected delivery address. Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process. We do not offer the ability to select a shipping option for your order. We also do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

To check your order status, use our Order Status tool and input your email address associated with the order and the order # (can be found on the order confirmation email).
Shipping is only available within the United States and Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship to other U.S. territories and military bases at this time. If you are based in US territories and military bases, you can purchase Wyze products on Amazon.com and they should be available to ship to you through them. We hope to expand outside the U.S. in the future, but we don’t have a timeline for when that will be available.
