Where’s my confirmation email and tracking number?
Because of the extremely high number of requests, we currently have a backlog of confirmation and tracking emails. They are in the queue and will be delivered in the order they were received.
Even if you did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Why hasn't my order status updated?
One of our service providers is also experiencing high traffic, and their system is a little behind. Even if your order status isn't updating, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order has likely already entered the shipping process (processing, or shipped), which means we cannot cancel it at this time. If you’d like to return your order instead, we understand.
Reach out to us and let us know, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to use when your order arrives.
When will I receive my package?
It will ship (if it hasn't already) within 1-3 days, and you will receive your order within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your package, please contact our support team so we can get it resolved.
